|Title:||Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts I|

Performs responsible administrative management by Coordinating the efforts of the Mental Health Intake Process for children and adolescents. Provides intake and screening services, referrals and assessments for children/adolescents seeking services. Oversees and works collaboratively with community stakeholders to promote success with community special projects. Assists with the LMHA’s COPSD service provisions. Provides consult and supervision to crisis providers and other clinical staff as needed. Related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a Social Work, psychology, Counseling or other Human Services field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: RN-APN; PhD psychologist; LMFT; LCSW; or LPC licensed in Texas. Valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable on the Center’s insurance. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, must have proof of current liability insurance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with SPMI, including experience in an acute care setting; at least two (2) years of experience participating as a member of a treatment team that develops and monitors treatment plans for individuals with chronic and serious mental illness and at least two (2) years of experience supervising MH providers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Demonstrate via a combination of experience and education, the ability to work in a rapid pace environment in an organized and professional manner. Ability to self-monitor production and quality with minimal assistance. Basic knowledge and familiarity with data systems including business software such as Microsoft Office. The ability to evaluate new systems and procedures and to implement them as needed. The ability to act decisively, make decision and delegate authority. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates. Ability to plan programs to analyze and solve work problems.
|Salary:||$51,000 - $56, 500 Annually (DOE)|
|Hours:||Monday - Friday, 8a.m. - 5p.m.|
