|Title:||Intensive Services Supervisor|

This employee will be responsible for the supervision of providers who deliver services within the Intensive Services division of the CMH program. The employee may be called upon to provide planning, coordination, advocating, and collaboration as clinically and programmatically indicated across the children’s program at MHMRCV. These services will include but are not limited to the provision of case management and skills training to individuals and families as medically necessary and/or coverage for other services as appropriate and designated by the MH Program Manager. The Intensive Services Supervisor will work in collaboration with others around the center to ensure overall best value of resource allocation and quality of service across the Children’s Mental Health program at MHMRCV. This employee may be asked to serve as point of contact should the MH Program Manager be out of the office or otherwise unavailable.
ADDENDUM: This employee will provide administrative functions pertaining to YES services provided through the CMH program. This includes but is not limited to: The monitoring of outside contract performed services through invoice and billing reviews during submission to the state system, Submission of YES Waiver services to the state system for billing approval, and administrative oversight of LPHAs conducting assessment and screenings of potentially eligible individuals for enrollment in YES Waiver.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: At minimum a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable and remain insurable on MHMR Services for the Concho Valley center’s insurance. Must not have more 3 moving violation in the last 3 years, and proof of current liability insurance. Must be willing to work towards NWIC certification as a wraparound facilitator. Must be willing to work towards certification as a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP-CS).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One-year minimum experience in like or similar field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Must be capable of using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook and Word. Strong organizational skills. A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to clearly communicate sensitive information both orally and in writing. Demonstrate the ability to work closely with all levels of service providers in an atmosphere of teamwork. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to delegate. Ability to successfully motivate and instruct others in the completion of necessary tasks.
