|Title:||HB 13 Clerical/Case Management|

The employee will provide recovery-oriented services for the Patients involved in House Bill 13 caseload. Services provided by employee will encompass both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders, and employee will include the principles of trauma-informed care in their service delivery. Employee will work closely with the HB 13 LPHA to meet measures associated with House Bill 13. These measures include completing quarterly assessments, annual satisfaction surveys, and referrals for direct Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders Services. The employee will develop and maintain referral resources for service provision allowing for patient choice for individuals that are active with the HB 13 caseload. This employee is available to support QMHP staff within the scope of program guidelines. Will complete other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited high school or GED. Some business or commercial college preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable on the Center’s insurance. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Three-year minimum experience in like or similar field preferred.
Certification in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB). Other training and/or certification deemed necessary by TXMHMR or this Center.
