NOTE: If you are using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, you MUST click to allow scripted information when prompted in order to have your name appear on the certificate at the end of the training program. If NULL appears on the certificate, go back one screen, look for the question at the bottom of your toolbars, and allow for scripted information at the prompt. You should then get a pop-up box requesting your name. When you press enter your name will then appear on the certificate.
