24-Hour Mobile Crisis Intervention

Crisis services may be accessed at any time, day or night, by dialing Suicide Prevention/Crisis Intervention at 1-800-375-8965 or (325) 653-5933.
Hot-line answered twenty-four hours a day with assessment provided by a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

Crisis Stabilization Services

Rapid crisis stabilization services are provided under arrangement with local participating licensed Psychiatric Hospitals. Should a more extended treatment be indicated, a contract with the State Hospital System is in effect.

Intake, Screening and Referral

Qualified Mental Health Professionals provide a thorough determination of the need for services. Services may be indicated through the Center or by referral.  For an Intake Screening Appointment, please call (325) 658-7750.

Service Coordination

Service Coordinators are the single designated responsible persons for the individual receiving services. The Service Coordinator, with information provided via the initial intake and screening, develops a treatment plan, coordinates the services received, monitor the services received and makes recommendations for changes in services.

Continuity of Services

Services are provided primarily for individuals being transferred from one service to another (such as from inpatient to outpatient). A designated Qualified Mental Health Professional ensures, via concurrent planning and frequent contact, that services are consistent and follow the treatment plan from one service/program to the next.

Psychiatric Services

Qualified Licensed Physicians provide needed services for initial and ongoing treatment via Psychiatric Evaluations and medication prescriptions.

Medication Services

The Center provides psychiatric medication for individuals receiving services that qualify due to lack of personal resources.

Psychiatric Nursing Services

As an adjunct to physician services, qualified licensed nurses provide interim medication monitoring for individuals between doctor appointments. These services are provided to determine the individual response to medication.

Psychometric Services

Psychological testing is often utilized to assist the clinicians in the diagnostic process. Testing is provided as requested by the individual clinician.

Respite Services

Respite services are provided for individuals that may need a break from their environment. Respite can be provided for a period of up to ten (10) days.

Intensive Community Treatment

Intensive Community Treatment provides services for individuals that demonstrate a need for more intense services than outpatient services can provide. The Intensive Community Treatment team is a "self-contained" unit that has a very low staff to client ratio. The primary target population for these services is historically high resource utilizers who without these services would be institutionalized.

Supported Housing

Supported Housing services are designated to assist an individual with a severe and persistent mental illness in securing and maintaining housing within the community.

Supported Employment

Supported Employment services provide job related services such as job coaching, job skills training, interview skills training and job search activities for individuals receiving services from the Center.

Community Intervention

Community Intervention provides individuals with rehabilitative services within the community. The services are not site based services but occur in the natural environment of the individual. The services may include life skills training and symptom management.
